Answer:

- Using FunkyFr3sh's cnc-draw will solve this problem and some other errors that may occur in Red Alert 2, you should use it and here is the download link: Github
- The version of Red Alert 2 we provide has Cnc-draw pre-installed, so if possible, download it: here
